Samir Dhond

Samir Dhond has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Samir has worked at Ittiam Systems Pvt Ltd since 2007, holding various roles such as Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President, Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Communications, and Director of Human Resources. Samir'sresponsibilities included overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and development, HR back office, and talent management. Samir Dhond has a diverse education history. In 1972, they completed their SSC degree at Parle Tilak Vidyalaya. From 1982 to 1987, they attended Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, where they obtained a Bcom degree in Financial Accounting and Management. In 1991, they enrolled at East Tennessee State University and graduated with an MBA in Business in 1993. Continuing their education, Samir attended the Yale School of Management in 2007, completing the Executive Leadership Program with a focus on Leadership. Additionally, they obtained certification in the Global Customer Engagement Skills Workshop (GCESW) from Wilson Learning, Australia in 2005.
