Ersan Hakki

Ersan Hakki is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agile delivery and coaching across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Group Head of Agile Delivery at ITV, Ersan oversees the delivery function for ITV’s streaming services, including ITVX. Previously, as the Agile Coach and EMEA Lead at CBRE, Ersan played a pivotal role in forming a global Agile Center of Excellence and providing governance for around 140 teams. Past positions also include establishing agile methodologies at PhotoBox, consulting for technology transformations at Accenture, and working on significant projects at BBC and News UK. Ersan holds a Master of Science in Management from Bayes Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from UCL.
