Janet Hornby FCCA is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Head of Record to Report at ITV since September 2008, where Janet has also held roles including Transformation Lead in Production Finance Management and Agile Product Owner for the Talent Payments system. Janet has demonstrated leadership by leading a multi-disciplinary team to develop an in-house Talent Payments system using Scrum-Agile methodologies. Prior to ITV, Janet worked at Ribble Fuel Oils as Finance Manager and Financial Controller, and also held positions at companies such as Caudwell Communications, Luminar Leisure, Swift Fire & Security, GOLD MEDAL TRAVEL GROUP PLC, NEBS Business Stationery, St Helens College, and Powerplan Systems Ltd. Janet's expertise encompasses managing large finance teams, streamlining financial processes, and implementing new accounting systems.
