Kirsty Duncan

Kirsty Duncan currently serves as the Head of Learning, Development & Wellbeing at ITV, a position held since March 2016, where responsibilities include shaping a thriving culture, overseeing the learning and development strategy, wellbeing strategy, and early careers programs. Prior roles at ITV include Development Manager, where key achievements involved launching a Global Online Academy and delivering mental health workshops in collaboration with MIND.
