Allay Li possesses extensive experience in human resources, particularly within the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as HRD for ITW FOOD EQUIPMENT GROUP since April 2014, Allay Li plays a vital role in shaping people strategies, driving talent management initiatives, and aligning organizational structures with long-term business plans. Previous roles include HRD for Greater China at ITW, where Allay Li was instrumental in implementing the ITW Enterprise Strategy, and Country HR Manager at 伊顿, overseeing a significant workforce and developing strategic HR initiatives. Allay Li's diverse background also encompasses positions at Fujisawa Pharmaceuticals, Philips Lighting, Polaroid of Shanghai, and Xiang Yang Hotel, complemented by an educational foundation in English Language and Literature and an MBA from Fudan University.
