Paul Knapke has extensive experience in sales and operations within the equipment industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Retail Sales at ITW Food Equipment Group since May 2019, Paul has previously held the position of Director of Sales Operations. Prior to this role, Paul spent over 14 years at Crown Equipment Corporation, where positions included Manager of North American Purchasing, Commodity Manager, and Senior Sourcing Specialist. Paul also worked as Purchasing Manager at Gem City Engineering Company and held the role of Senior Buyer at Hobart Food Equipment from 1998 to 2000. Paul Knapke holds a Master's Certificate in the Emerging Leader Program from the University of Dayton and has educational roots at Wright State University.
