Chris Babbitt

Chris Babbitt is an accomplished operations director with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Director of Operations at ITW Pro Brands since January 2022, Chris previously held the role of Associate Director of North America Site Operations at Arxada - Wood Protection from August 2019 to January 2022. Prior to that, Chris spent 17 years at LANXESS Americas, where leadership roles included Plant Manager in Arkansas, overseeing a large site with a commendable safety record, and managing multiple aspects of operational performance. Chris's career began at ANDREW TEXTILE INDUSTRIES as a Laboratory Assistant. Chris holds a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Leadership from Lancaster University, awarded between 2012 and 2015.
