Erin Varano

Erin Varano currently serves as the Marketing & Innovation Director at ITW Pro Brands since February 2025. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at Newell Brands from July 2003 to February 2024, where leadership positions included Director of Brand Marketing for GRACO® across various product lines, focusing on upstream innovation, car seats, and food and home categories. Notable achievements include leading teams to innovate and capture market opportunities, managing full P&L ownership, and balancing multiple high-level roles, showcasing strong organizational and strategic skills.
