Paiman Karim

Paiman Karim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and business operations. Currently serving as General Manager of Business Unit at ITW Rippey and Global Director of Quality at Brooks Instrument, Paiman also contributes as a member of the Board of Trustees for Child Care Connection - NJ. Previously, Paiman held the position of Director of Corporate Quality at Kingsbury, Inc. and Business Unit Director at Nicomatic, overseeing operations in Aerospace, Defense, and Security. Paiman's career began at Saint-Gobain North America as Quality and Production Manager. Paiman holds a Master of Business Administration from Delaware Valley University with a perfect GPA, a Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry, and a diploma in Computer Programming. Additionally, Paiman possesses a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
