Basma Fada

Basma Fada has a diverse range of work experience in the HR field. Basma recently joined ITWorx as a Talent Rewards Specialist in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Key Gate for three years as an HR Generalist. In this role, they were responsible for assisting with various HR matters, developing organizational guidelines and procedures, and recommending strategies to motivate employees. Before Key Gate, they worked at Homes For Real Estate as a Human Resources Specialist from October 2017 to June 2018. Basma also gained experience as an HR Administrator at Tatweer Misr For Real Estate from November 2015 to November 2016. Basma's work experience also includes a brief stint as a Recruitment Specialist at Global consulting house in 2014.

Basma Fada pursued their education at various institutions. Basma attended Ramses College for Girls prior to 2011 but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study. From 2011 to 2015, they attended Ain Shams University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourism. In 2018-2019, they enrolled at The American University in Cairo, where they earned a Human Resource Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services.
