Mennatllah El-Aasser

Mennatllah El-Aasser has a diverse work experience starting from 2002. Mennatllah began their career as an Under Graduate Assistant at The American University in Cairo, where they were responsible for handling courses related to database systems and web-based systems.

Following that, they joined ITWorx in 2005 as a Software Engineer. In this role, they owned and developed web interfaces, updated project documents, and converted websites to new technologies. Some of the projects they worked on included Carrier/Product and Spend Collection, UTC/Security Workflow, Sikorsky/Plug Diagram Report, and UTC/eB Portal Upgrade.

Over the years, Mennatllah took on various roles and responsibilities at ITWorx. Mennatllah served as a Team Leader from November 2010 to August 2013 and then acted as a Project Leader from September 2013 to July 2015. In these positions, they managed development and quality teams, supervised project progress, and maintained client relationships. Mennatllah also identified and managed project risks and conducted impact analysis.

From August 2015 to December 2018, Mennatllah worked as a Project Leader at ITWorx. In this role, they were responsible for costing, estimating, and planning projects, setting budgets and deadlines, and handling resource allocation and utilization. Mennatllah also performed appraisals for resources bi-yearly.

From January 2019 to December 2020, Mennatllah served as a Senior Project Manager at ITWorx. Along with their project management responsibilities, they managed the account to meet objectives and ensured long-term customer satisfaction.

Most recently, starting from January 2021, Mennatllah held the position of Account Head/Program Manager at ITWorx. Mennatllah'sresponsibilities included providing expenditure plans and sales forecasts, developing account budgets, and implementing cost control measures.
