Lead Infrastructure Engineer at ITWorx

Sami Mohamed started their work experience in 2018 at Arab Computers as a System Administrator. Sami administered various systems including Active Directory, AD DC, DHCP, DNS, and WSUS. Sami worked in this role from February 2018 to May 2019. In 2019, they then joined ITWorx as an Infrastructure Engineer, and later moved on to become a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. Currently, Sami holds the position of Lead Infrastructure Engineer at ITWorx, starting in January 2023.

Sami Mohamed attended the High Institute for Computer & Information Systems from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems. In 2015 to 2017, they attended the New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, however, no degree or field of study information was provided for this period.

Aside from their formal education, Sami also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they achieved the MCSA: Windows Server 2012 - Certified and MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure - Certified certifications from Microsoft. In 2018, they obtained the Sophos Certified Engineer certification and MCSA: Office 365 certification from Microsoft. Sami also completed the Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions course from Microsoft in 2018. In 2019, Sami achieved the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification. More recently, in 2020, they obtained the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification.

These certifications indicate that Sami has expertise in a range of IT fields, including information systems, cloud platforms, server management, and Microsoft Office 365 and Azure administration.
