Raman Zharkou

Raman Zharkou is a Principal Software Infrastructure Engineer at Anyware Robotics since September 2025, previously serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Sonatus where work focused on Over-the-Air updates including Android and UDS updaters. With extensive experience in the autonomous vehicle domain, Raman managed engineering teams at Cyngn, contributing to projects involving fleet management and system diagnostics, and previously held roles at Starsky Robotics, developing software for autonomous trucks, as well as contributions to autonomous shuttles as a Senior C++ developer. Earlier career experiences include significant development work at Silvaco on circuit simulation tools, software development for flight simulators at Eagle Dynamics, and various engineering roles in aviation and innovation software. Raman holds a Master's degree in systems analysis from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
