HR Director - Change and Transformation at ITZ Consultants

Sally Wright has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sally began their career at Perot Systems Government Services in 1999, where they served as an HR Manager. In this role, they were responsible for various HR functions, including culture transformation, safety policy implementation, recruiting, and strategic planning. Sally also played a key role in developing and implementing communication plans to foster a cohesive organizational culture.

In 2008, Sally joined Verizon as a Director of HR Effectiveness. During their tenure, they contributed to the improvement of HR practices and processes. Their responsibilities included managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, and contributing to the development of strategic plans. Sally served in this role until 2014.

After leaving Verizon, Sally joined ITZ Consultants, LLC as an HR Director for Change and Transformation. In this position, they led project management for HR transformation implementations. Sally worked closely with stakeholders to establish project objectives, timelines, and budgets. Additionally, they assembled cross-functional teams and conducted regular status meetings to keep stakeholders informed of progress and address any issues. Sally demonstrated strong project management skills, delivering sustainable business solutions within allocated timeframes and budgets.

Sally Wright attended Texas Southern University from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
