Katarina Kmet

Katarina Kmet has a diverse work experience spanning from 2017 to 2022. Katarina started their career as a Digital textbook editor at Rokus Klett Slovenija in September 2017 and worked until February 2018. In June 2018, they briefly worked as a Receptionist at Cuesta Arriba hotel. Katarina then joined Northumbria University in June 2019 as a Student Representative, where they worked until September 2019. In February 2020, Katarina started their freelance career as a Designer, which lasted until October 2020. Following that, they worked as a Web Designer at ITZA from October 2020 to July 2021. Katarina then transitioned to the role of Senior Designer and Design Coordinator at the same company, which lasted until December 2022. Since December 2022, Katarina has been serving as the Operations and Design Lead at ITZA.

Katarina Kmet holds a Master's degree in Design from Northumbria University, which they obtained in 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Textile and Fashion Design at the University of Ljubljana in 2018. In addition to their formal education, Katarina has obtained various certifications, including the General Assembly's User Experience Design course and several UX Design courses from LinkedIn. Katarina also holds an IELTS Academic certification, obtained in 2018. Katarina has also achieved the Gold Duke of Edinburgh's International Award in 2013 and is a certified Open Water Diver since 2010.
