Nils Vortmann currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer on Campus at IU Group, beginning in September 2025. Previously, Nils held the position of Chief Retail Officer at Mister Spex from March 2019 to August 2025, where responsibilities included leading the omnichannel transformation and overseeing significant revenue and employee management. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Omnichannel and Head of Business Development at Oliver Wyman from November 2010 to February 2019, where expertise in strategic growth, digital transformation, P&L management, and operational excellence was developed. Nils holds an MBA in Business Administration from the Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Universität Berlin, complemented by executive education at INSEAD and The Wharton School.
