Victoria Kopp

Victoria Kopp is a Senior Inhouse Consultant for Workday HCM at IU Group since May 2024. Previously, Victoria held the position of HR Manager for Global Talent & Development at Schenck Process from November 2017 to April 2024, where responsibilities included project management of global Workday Learning implementation and administration of global HRIS Workday. Victoria also designed and implemented global talent processes and coordinated training and development activities in the EMEA region. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager for Learning & Development and Working Student in HR at Evonik Industries AG. Victoria's educational qualifications comprise a Master of Science in Business Psychology, Leadership & Management from SRH Fernhochschule Riedlingen, a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from DHBW Mannheim, and a recent certification in Systemic Coaching from IfAP - Institut für Angewandte Psychologie.
