Charlotte James has worked in various roles within the insurance and claims administration industry since 2010. Currently, Charlotte is the Scheme Operations Policy Administrator at Ancile Insurance UK, having previously held positions at IUA Business Solutions, Pulse Tiles and Sanware, Beiersdorf, Unilever, and Absa Group. Charlotte obtained a degree in Secretarial and Computer Studies with a focus on Public Administration from Icesa Compu College.
