Phương Thảo Nguyễn currently serves as an intern at The Nature Conservancy, contributing to the "Land Trust Capacity Analysis for the Resilient and Connected Appalachians Grant Program," which focuses on conserving vital habitats in the Appalachian region. In addition, Phương Thảo holds memberships in the IUCN Commission on Ecosystem Management and the American Society of Landscape Architects' Biodiversity and Climate Action Committee, while also being active in the Midwest Region Community of the Wisconsin Chapter. Prior experience includes consulting and landscape engineering roles at LJ-Group, involvement in a conservation project with the American Bird Conservancy, and earlier design consultancy at LQ International. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Conservation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and ongoing studies in Ecology at VNUHCM - University of Science, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Horticulture and Landscaping from Nông Lâm University.
