Colin Wood

Colin Wood is an experienced professional in the painting industry, currently serving as the President of Chicago Painters Local #194 and Vice President of Chicago Painters Local 194 / Delegate District Council 14 since July 2021. Colin's extensive background includes positions at various companies such as Ascher Brothers Co., Inc. as a Painter since April 2025, and previous roles as Steward and Journeyman Painter with a focus on commercial projects at Ms Sebastian Painting Inc. and Lankford - Painting Division. Educational credentials include studies in Illustration at Columbia College Chicago and a diploma from Oak Park & River Forest High School. Additionally, Colin is involved in ongoing training at the Painters District Council 14 Joint Apprenticeship Training Center since 2005.
