J. Andrew Bott

J. Andrew Bott has extensive experience in business development and management within the labor and industrial sectors. Currently serving as a General Representative and Director of Research and Business Management Support at the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades since February 2014, Bott oversees regional business development efforts across the Eastern United States. Prior to this role, Bott held the position of Director at the Southeastern Marine & Coatings Alliance, focusing on industrial coatings marketing research. Additional experience includes IT Business Management Support for IUPAT District Council 78, where Bott developed a construction project database, and Quality Assurance Coordinator at Rural/Metro Corporation, providing oversight on patient reports and coordinating regional disaster response. Bott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Rollins College and a Paramedic degree from Eastern Florida State College.
