Jovita Valatkaite

Jovita Valatkaite is an experienced legal professional specializing in employment law, currently serving as Associate Partner and Head of the Employment Law Practice Group at COBALT Legal since April 2016. With a strong background in handling employment-related matters for both local and international clients, Jovita has also been a Managing Associate at Ius Laboris, a leading international labor and employment law practice. Previous roles include Associate Lawyer at an international law firm, where consulting on corporate and labor law was key, and in-house counsel positions focusing on human resources and corporate matters at Lietuvos paštas, AB, and Magnusson Law. Jovita Valatkaite holds a Master's Degree in Law from Vilnius University and has actively contributed to legal education through pro bono work at Vilnius University Legal Clinics.
