Tarmo Sild

Tarmo Sild is an accomplished legal and financial professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the Founder, Member of the Supervisory Board, and Chief Executive Officer of Iute Group, a fintech company established in 2008 in Estonia, Tarmo Sild has been instrumental in the development of consumer finance and payment services. Additionally, Tarmo serves as Chairman and Board Member of Arco Vara AS and as Partner and Member of the Management Board at OÜ Alarmo Kapital. Previous experience includes founding Law Firm LEXTAL and serving as an Attorney at Law and Member of the Supervisory Board at Law Firm HETA. Tarmo Sild holds a Master of Laws from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, has completed further studies in Law at the University of Helsinki, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Tartu.
