Sean Salusbury

Sean Salusbury is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at IVADO Labs since July 2021, Sean has held significant roles in consulting at McKinsey & Company, where the focus was on energy and electric power generation clients in Canada and the USA from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, Sean contributed to McGill University as a Postdoctoral Fellow and held various roles from 2010 to 2016, including a Director position at the Reclaim Literacy Council. With a solid foundation in engineering, Sean earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University, where studies were pursued from 2008 to 2014, and earlier engineering positions included roles at Rio Tinto Alcan and the Canadian Space Agency.
