Alex Moreau

Alex Moreau has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They have worked as an EMEA HR - Labor & Employee Relations Manager/Responsable Relations Sociales at Ivalua since January 2023. Prior to this, Alex worked as an EMEA Human Resources Specialist (Labor & Employee Relations) at Ivalua from February 2021 to January 2023. In this role, they were responsible for handling various aspects of labor and employee relations, contractual matters, social dialogue management, legal advice, risk assessment, and prevention of legal disputes. Alex also provided operational HR support within the European region.

Additionally, Alex has held the role of EMEA Human Resources Generalist at Ivalua from October 2019 to February 2021. They were involved in daily HR operational tasks, as well as transversal projects related to compliance, employee relations, database management, social audits, and international mobility.

Outside of Ivalua, Alex has worked as an Intervenant Tuteur Dossiers de valorisation des compétences at ifocop - Institut de Formation Professionnelle since March 2022. They have also worked as an Intervenant Jury at IFAE Business School from February 2022 and as an Intervenant Jury at SUP des RH since July 2021, where they participated in final oral exams for Masters programs on various subjects related to collective relations, skills development, compensation policies, and health and well-being management.

Before entering the HR field, Alex gained experience as an Agent Administratif at Banque de France, an Éducateur jeunes enfants at Collège Maitrise notre Dame, and as a Conseiller vendeur at INTERSPORT FRANCE, BUT, and GO SPORT.

In 2016 to 2017, Alex studied at Ipac Bachelor Factory, where they obtained a Licence degree in Gestion des ressources humaines / administration du personnel, général.

Between 2014 and 2016, Alex attended Université de Caen Normandie and received a Licence degree in administration économique et Sociale, specializing in Droit Economie Gestion.

From 2010 to 2013, Alex studied at Lycée Maurice Genevoix Decize and obtained a Baccalauréat Scientifique degree. Their field of study included Sciences et vie de la Terre, Mathématiques, and Physique-Chimie.

In terms of additional certifications, Alex obtained the certification "Devenir une personne charismatique et influente" from LinkedIn in April 2023.
