Christophe Cherubini

Christophe Cherubini is an experienced professional in the field of customer support and services advisory, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Customer Support for the Americas at Ivalua since November 2014. Christophe leads a team of 55 Technical Account Managers and Team Managers, ensuring application stability and performance for over 90 customers while implementing enhancements and managing upgrades. Recent achievements include the establishment of two new teams in New York and Montreal, and a significant increase in the profitability of the Customer Support organization in North America. Additionally, Christophe has held roles such as Senior Director and Global Head of Services Advisory and Director of Professional Services, along with earlier positions at JAGGAER, BY.O GROUP, and Air France. Christophe holds an ESC degree in International Business from KEDGE Business School.
