Alice Siheng Qi

Alice Siheng QI has extensive experience in real estate investment and asset management, currently working at Ivanhoé Cambridge since September 2021, focusing on APAC markets across logistics, retail, mixed-use, funds, and indirect investments. Prior to this role, Alice served at Perennial Holdings from October 2015 to September 2021, specializing in commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, and senior living sectors, alongside private equity fund management, with professional exposure in Singapore, Beijing, and Shanghai. Alice's career began as an analyst at Goldman Sachs from July 2013 to September 2015, concentrating on corporate real estate and real estate finance. Alice holds a double degree in Accountancy and Business Management with a major in Finance from Singapore Management University, complemented by foundational education at Nanjing Foreign Language School.
