Arnaud Malbos

SVP, Investments, Europe at Ivanhoé Cambridge

Arnaud Malbos is responsible for proposing, carrying out and supervising the investment activities of Ivanhoé Cambridge in Europe, both in the office building sector and in the shopping center sector. He was in charge of the acquisitions of the Peugeot headquarters on avenue de la Grande Armée in Paris, the ARDEKO building in Boulogne-Billancourt, as well as a dozen arrangements across Europe.

Mr. Malbos has nearly 20 years of real estate experience. He began his career with the UNIBAIL-RODAMCO group, where he held various positions in the fields of investment and asset management. He was in charge of numerous large-scale activities and transactions involving the T1 and Immeuble B towers, Prisma, Cœur Défense and Capital 8. He joined SITQ in 2007 as a senior asset manager, then successively promoted to Senior Director, Origination and Development, and Vice President, Investments. He was appointed to his current position in 2011, following the merger of SITQ and Ivanhoé Cambridge.

Arnaud Malbos is a member of the Génération Immobilier association, whose mandate is to facilitate networking between young professionals in the sector and experienced managers.

Arnaud Malbos joined the French School of Property Administration after two years of a general university studies diploma (DEUG) in economics at the University of Paris.
