Sarah Bull Pe

Sarah Bull PE has a diverse work experience in the field of mining engineering. Sarah started their career as a Summer Intern in the Environmental Department at Greens Creek Mine in 2005. Sarah then worked as a Summer Intern in Mining Engineering at Usibelli Coal Mine Inc. in 2004.

In 2006, Sarah joined Newmont Mining Corporation as a Mining Engineer, where they completed a 9-month underground training program at the Midas Mine and conducted ventilation surveys. Sarah also focused on MSHA compliance and reducing diesel emissions.

From 2011 to 2012, Sarah provided contracted engineering services to Newmont's Midas and Vista Mines as a Mining Engineer. Sarah designed short-range development drifts and production stopes, conducted reconciliations, and depleted year-end reserves.

Sarah later joined Practical Mining LLC in 2012 as a Mining Engineer. Sarah was responsible for underground designs, mine plans, ventilation surveys, and geotech assessments for various clients.

In 2018, Sarah joined Hecla Nevada as a Senior Long Range Planning Engineer, where they optimized the life-of-mine plan at Fire Creek Mine and developed standard procedures for planning efficiency. Sarah also worked as a Senior Mine Engineer, handling reserves designs and technical reporting.

Sarah then joined Nevada Gold Mines in 2021 as a Senior Growth Engineer. Their responsibilities included technical evaluation of pre-feasibility stage targets, training planning engineers, and cross-training opportunities in the processing department.

Currently, Sarah is working at Ivanhoe Electric as the Principal Mining Engineer for US Projects.

Sarah Bull PE obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks in 2006. In 2018, they earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Governors University. Additionally, they obtained a PE License from the Nevada State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in 2014.
