Ndimi Bodika

Ndimi Bodika is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business development within the mining and energy sectors. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Ivanhoe Mines since February 2024, Ndimi also holds the position of Director at Wa Balengela Kasai Investments, focusing on technical advisory and negotiations with international stakeholders since 2008. Previously, Ndimi worked at GE Power for over 15 years in various leadership roles, including Senior Sales Manager for SADC, where engagement with governmental and private stakeholders was key. Ndimi's expertise extends to business strategy development for the mining industry, as demonstrated during tenure at De Beers and involvement with Africa 2.0 in infrastructure initiatives. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from GIBS Business School and multiple degrees in electrical engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
