Bob Bardwell

Bob Bardwell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Bob started their career as a Senior Associate at KPMG from August 2008 to August 2010. Bob then moved to Rackspace, where they held the positions of Director of Service Delivery from September 2010 to May 2014 and Director of Corporate Strategy from June 2014 to August 2017. At Rackspace, Bob led teams and managed a book of business with a revenue exceeding $200M ARR.

After Rackspace, they joined SMS Assist, L.L.C. as the Senior Vice President and GM of Operations in September 2017 until January 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Commercial vertical of over 280 employees and overseeing a high-growth line of business with a P&L ownership of $190M ARR.

Bob joined Applied Systems in January 2020 as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives until September 2020. Bob then moved to IVANS Insurance Solutions in September 2020 as the Chief Operating Officer. In their current role, Bob works closely with the IVANS leadership team to scale the business and deliver value and innovation to the insurance industry.

Bob Bardwell has a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as an AWS Business Professional and an AWS Technical Professional from Cornerstone OnDemand in January 2016 and September 2015, respectively.
