Agnello Gonsalves

Agnello Gonsalves has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Agnello began their career in 2005 at Compass BPO Pvt Ltd, where they provided customer service and assisted customers with queries related to dial-up connections. Agnello then joined IBM Daksh as a Senior Support Professional, where they assisted customers with customer service queries for Circuit City and Citibank. Afterward, they worked at Stream International Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. Support Professional, providing remote and voice services to users and supervising the floor. In 2010, they joined Tech Mahindra Business Services as a Customer Service representative, providing support to mobile and broadband users in the UK. Agnello then transitioned to NeoSOFT Technologies in 2015 as a Business Development Executive, where they were responsible for developing marketing and business development plans and executing marketing communication strategies. In 2017, they joined Aeries Technology Group as an Assistant Manager Quoting Operations, overseeing quoting operations. Currently, they are employed at Ivanti as the Manager of Quoting Operations EMEA.

Agnello Gonsalves completed their B.A. in History from Vinayaka Mission University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Don Bosco High School in Matunga, Mumbai, and completed their high school education from 1995 to 1998.

Additionally, Agnello Gonsalves has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn.
