Alex Evans

Alex Evans has extensive work experience in product management and leadership roles. Alex currently holds the position of Vice President of Product Management, Solutions Engineering, and UX at Ivanti, starting in May 2022. Before that, they served as the Director of Product Management for Ivanti's Supply Chain business unit from March 2020 to May 2022. During this time, they managed the Product Management and User Experience team and played a pivotal role in creating the award-winning Velocity product. Alex also had responsibility for the Supply Chain offerings within the Ivanti Neurons cloud platform.

Prior to their role as Director, Alex was the Manager of Product Management - Supply Chain at Ivanti from June 2019 to March 2020. Alex's career also includes several roles at Novell. Alex served as a Product Manager from April 2007 to September 2011, managing multiple products at the company with a particular focus on the GroupWise product. In this role, they collaborated with various departments, ISVs, and channel partners to drive product success.

Before that, Alex worked as a Backline Support Engineer at Novell from November 1998 to April 2007. Alex provided support for Novell's messaging products and led a team, achieving high customer satisfaction. Alex also took on the role of development liaison, representing customer and support needs within cross-functional teams.

Alex began their career at BrainStorm, Inc. as a Product Manager from September 2011 to August 2013. Alex managed the QuickHelp product, a SaaS video-based end-user training platform integrated into Microsoft Office and SharePoint, used by leading Fortune 500 companies.

Alex Evans has a BSc(Hons) degree in Computer Science from the University of Derby.
