Amaury Burel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amaury started their career in 2010 as an Inside Sales representative at Outilacier, where they worked with the French National Railway for their supply of tools and industrial equipment. Amaury managed pricing, product research, and delivery details, as well as established quotes, received orders, and coordinated with warehouses for timely delivery.

In 2011, Amaury worked as a French Language Assistant at Royton and Crompton School, where they assisted French teachers during lessons and conducted 1-to-1 and small group work with students, focusing on speaking and listening skills. Amaury also built starter activities, corrected essays, and provided feedback to pupils.

From 2012 to 2014, Amaury served as a French Sales Executive at AutoDrain Experts in Vehicle Depollution and Fuel Recovery. In this role, they were responsible for growing the business in France, handling the end-to-end sales cycle, and generating leads through cold calling and following up with website enquiries and exhibition interests.

Amaury joined ServiceSource in 2014, starting as an Inside Sales Representative for the Red Hat EMEA account. In 2016, Amaury was promoted to Renewal Sales Specialist at ServiceSource, where they continued to manage subscription renewals for Red Hat in France and North Africa. Amaury delivered high-performance coaching sessions and trained team members, achieving historic high metrics in renewal, conversion, and retention rates.

From 2017 to 2019, Amaury served as a Sales Manager EMEA at ServiceSource, leading a 10-person team for Red Hat in the UKI, France, Iberia, and Italy. Amaury drove renewals, upsell, and cross-sell, and managed relationships with country teams. Amaury met key quarterly KPIs, booking, and revenue targets, delivered accurate forecasts to management and Red Hat EMEA team, and managed the performance of renewal reps.

In 2020, Amaury joined Genesys as an Education Account Executive. Amaury was responsible for customer and partner enablement through education in France and NW Africa. Amaury worked with existing customers on training plans, managed partners' certification KPIs, and collaborated with various departments to provide a unified message to customers and partners.

Currently, Amaury is working at Ivanti as a Renewals Account Manager, starting in May 2021.

Amaury Burel completed their high school education at Lycée Alain Borne from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bac Economique et Social degree with a focus on economics. Following this, they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management at Université Lumière Lyon 2, from 2009 to 2011, receiving a DUT Gestion Entreprises et Administrations.
