Dennis Kozak

Dennis Kozak is the current COO at Ivanti. Dennis has previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Strategic Operations, Global Cloud & Channel Sales at Avaya from June 2019 to April 2022. Before that, they were with CA Technologies from June 1996 to February 2019, where they eventually became the Senior Vice President, Interim Leader of CA’s Global Sales, Services & Partners.

Kozak has been responsible for worldwide cloud and channel sales and strategy, driving growth and profitability by supporting the success of Avaya’s public cloud offerings as well as Avaya's premise based offerings through an extensive global network of partners, distributors and resellers, while delivering enablement programs to recruit, educate, and empower all of Avaya’s partner routes to market for on premise, private and public cloud solutions.

At CA Technologies, Kozak oversaw total global geography sales of $4.2B, including professional services and global partner businesses to drive a revenue plan to grow organically by 4% year over year, including SaaS revenue growth of approximately 30% year over year. Dennis also managed a reduced operating expense budget by $23M from FY 2018 to FY 2019 while increasing sales.

Dennis Kozak has a BS in Accounting from St. Joseph's University New York and an MBA in Banking & Finance from Dowling College.
