Lance McByers

Lance McByers is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in IT enterprise applications, hardware operations, and sales enablement. Currently serving as Vice President at Ivanti, Lance focuses on driving digital transformation initiatives and fostering relationships with business stakeholders. Prior to this role, Lance held multiple leadership positions at Dell Technologies, including Director of Global Sales Operations, where responsibilities included developing sales enablement strategies and leading cross-functional projects that drove business transformation. Additionally, Lance served as President of the Austin Chapter of the National Sales Network, promoting professional development for sales professionals. Education includes a B.S. in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan University and an Associate of Science in Psychology from Fort Scott Community College.
