Manoj Upadhyay

Manoj Upadhyay has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Manoj currently works as a Senior Engineering Manager at Ivanti since 2021. In this role, they handle customer issues, hires and builds teams, guides the team to excel in managerial and technical aspects, conducts bug triaging, coding using C/C++, and mentors the team. Manoj also organizes Hackathons and participates in Scrum of scrum cycles.

Prior to their current role, Manoj worked as a Software Engineering Manager at Ivanti Pulse Secure - Remote Access Solutions in 2020. Here, their responsibilities included hiring and team building, providing guidance to the team, bug triaging, coding, code reviews, mentoring, and organizing Hackathons. Manoj also participated in Scrum of scrum cycles.

Before joining Ivanti, Manoj worked at Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab Private Limited as a Sr Embedded Eng Supervisor in 2020. In this role, they supervised a team of engineers and contractors, worked on innovation products and sustenance products, conducted vulnerability scans, threat modeling, and participated in Scrum of scrum cycles based on Sig-sigma.

Prior to that, Manoj worked at HCL Technologies as a Technical Manager from 2014 to 2020. Here, they contributed individually to multiple development projects related to IPsec/IKE, PKI, CMPv2, CRL-based VPN Suite for client ERICSSON.

Manoj also gained experience as a Senior Software Engineer II at Hewlett-Packard from 2011 to 2014, where they worked on HP Networking Switches Software, specifically on SSL/SSH modules. Manoj traveled to Hewlett-Packard USA for the transition and provided support to the team. Manoj also worked at Aricent as a Senior Software Engineer and at Aircom International as a Senior Software Engineer.

Manoj began their career at Hewlett-Packard as a Software Engineer in 2008, where they worked on the HP OpenView Performance Agent/GlancePlus project, focusing on multiplatform virtualization support.

Before that, they worked as a Software Developer at Satyam from 2006 to 2008, where they worked on the Path Computation Element project, specifically on Constraint-based shortest path First (CSPF) module.

Throughout their work experience, Manoj has demonstrated their expertise in coding using programming languages such as C/C++, conducting code reviews, mentoring, providing guidance, and participating in project management activities.

Manoj Upadhyay completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology in Bhopal. Manoj attended the college from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Coaching New Hires from LinkedIn in October 2022.
