Duke Snyder

Duke Snyder is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and platform management. Currently serving as Vice President of the Genesys Cloud Platform at Genesys since 1995, Duke has played a pivotal role in cloud solutions. Prior to this, Duke held the position of Senior Engineer at IBM from 1987 to 1995 and worked as a Software Engineer at NBI from 1984 to 1987. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Purdue University, complemented by a solid educational foundation from New Haven High School.
