Michael Paul

Michael Paul currently serves as a Staff Technical Support Engineer at Ivanti, a position held since December 2020. Prior to this, Michael worked at MobileIron as a Senior Technical Support Engineer from May 2017 to December 2020 and spent over 13 years at Wind River in various roles including Support Manager for Central Europe, Senior System Engineer, and System Engineer. Responsibilities included providing technical support, collaborating with customers and account teams, documenting issues, and participating in process improvements. Earlier experience includes managing IT services at the University of Salzburg, overseeing centralized UNIX and Linux servers, and maintaining Oracle databases. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Universität Salzburg and is currently pursuing further education at FernUniversität in Hagen.
