Tejas Mogal

Tejas Mogal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

Starting in 2009, Tejas worked as an intern at Intrepid Control Systems. In 2010, Tejas joined ICICI Securities as a Senior Relationship Manager, a role that lasted until 2011.

From 2011 to 2013, Tejas worked as a Sales Executive at Demag Cranes & Components in Pune. This was followed by a role as a Senior Executive in Business Development at Zelite Solutions Pvt. Ltd from 2013 to 2014.

Tejas then moved on to QuestionPro in 2015, where they held the positions of Business Development Manager and later, Senior Business Development Manager. At QuestionPro, Tejas was responsible for client relationships, post-sales revenue streams, and complete P&L responsibility for the academic program. In 2018, Tejas joined Pulse Secure as a Manager in WW Renewals Operations. They worked in this role until 2021.

Currently, Tejas is employed at Ivanti, where they have held multiple positions since 2021. They started as a Manager in Global Renewals Operations and then progressed to Senior Manager and now Director in the same department.

Tejas Mogal completed their education in a chronological order. Tejas first attended St. Joseph's High School in Nashik from 1991 to 2002, where they obtained their S.S.C degree. Then, from 2002 to 2004, they attended RYK College of Science, also in Nashik, for their HSC degree.

In 2004, Tejas enrolled at Maharashtra Institute of Technology and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Tele-Communication, which they completed in 2008. Following this, they joined Indira College of Engineering & Management from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing Management.

In 2010-2011, Tejas pursued additional special subjects in Production & Materials Management at Indira Institute of Management.

Additionally, in September 2021, Tejas obtained several certifications related to teamwork, accountability, and virtual accountability from LinkedIn. The certifications include "Being an Effective Team Member," "Holding Yourself Accountable," and "How to Build Virtual Accountability." The institution providing these certifications is also LinkedIn.
