Tim Crawley has a diverse and extensive work experience in the software industry. Beginning in 2001, they worked as a Customer Service & Online Technical Support representative for Symantec through an outsourced account at Datacom, where they managed billing inquiries and provided technical support to customers.

In 2003, Tim became a founding member of the Pacific Renewal Sales Team at Symantec. In this role, they generated revenue by implementing renewal processes, establishing sales goals, and promoting renewals throughout Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Tim later advanced to an Inside Sales Account Manager position at Symantec. Tim leveraged their organizational position to generate revenue by developing strong relationships and effective communication with key clients, promoting new licenses, and implementing Symantec Solution Selling strategies. Tim consistently met and exceeded sales targets in this role.

In 2008, Tim transitioned to the role of Manager - Pacific Renewal Sales at Symantec. Tim managed over $10 million in renewal business across Australia and New Zealand and supervised, trained, and mentored sales teams in Sydney, Melbourne, and Singapore. Tim also served as a subject matter expert in renewal processes and policies.

From 2016 to 2018, Tim worked as Manager - AU/NZ Renewal Sales, China Renewal Sales & APJ Cloud Retention at Symantec. In this role, they directly managed recurring sales for a $37 million cloud stream across the Asia-Pacific and Japan region, as well as on-premise licensing business in Australia, New Zealand, and China. Tim was responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and developing innovative plans to achieve sales goals.

In the following years, Tim held roles at Renewtrak Global Services as a Client Services professional. Tim played a key role in onboarding new customers to the Renewtrak Automation platform, maintaining the service, and reporting successful outcomes. Tim's input and design led to a 15 to 20% increase in client renewal rates prior to engaging the company's services.

Most recently, Tim joined Ivanti in 2022 as Director APAC Renewals. Tim leads a team of Renewal Account Managers responsible for managing a complex and diverse portfolio of maintenance, subscription, and SaaS renewals across multiple areas and product lines. Tim focuses on maximizing both revenue and bookings by optimizing the renewal process, mitigating cancellations, upselling contracts, and ensuring timely renewals.
