Rosa Powloski

Rosa Powloski possesses extensive experience in operations, strategy, and communications, with a focus on strategic and organizational development. Currently serving as Operations & Strategy and Co-Chair Board at Fully Focused Productions and Million Youth Media since June 2013, Rosa supports initiatives aimed at enhancing reach and quality through the transformative power of film. In addition, Rosa is a Trustee at IVAR and Director at The Share Collective, where collaboration with senior teams drives change and complex project execution across various sectors. Prior roles include Head of Communications at IVAR, Head of Creative Services at Bloodwise, and Director at Them design, where significant business growth was achieved. Rosa has a Master's in Philanthropy, Marketing & Fundraising from Cass Business School and a BA in Psychology/Sociology from the University of East London.
