Fabrice Bolard

Fabrice Bolard is an experienced tax executive currently serving as Director Tax EMEA & APAC at Iveco Group since January 2022, while also holding the position of Director of Tax at CNH Industrial since June 2019. Prior roles include Director of Tax Operations at XPO Logistics, Inc., and several positions at ITW, including Director of International Tax and International Senior Tax Manager. At GE Healthcare Technologies, Fabrice worked as European Tax Controller, gaining extensive experience in US GAAP tax reporting and analysis across various geographical regions. Additionally, Fabrice served as Corporate Tax Adviser at Plastic Omnium, providing tax support across multiple international jurisdictions. Fabrice holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), an MBA from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management, and a degree in English from Anglia Ruskin University.
