Paola Ghinamo

Paola Ghinamo is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Head of Commercial Lending at Iveco Group since January 2022, overseeing the financial services business dedicated to supporting dealers and key accounts. With significant experience in credit and risk management, Ghinamo was the Head of Credit and Risk for the EMEA region and Chief Credit Officer for CNH Industrial Capital from December 2009 until January 2022. Ghinamo also holds board positions at Iveco Capital Solutions Spa and IC Financial Services SA since January 2021. Previous roles include Chief Risk Officer at GE Capital Italy and Regional Risk Manager for GE Capital Europe. Ghinamo began the professional career as a financial analyst at Cartiere Burgo after completing a degree in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Torino.
