Ben Wallace, MBA has extensive experience in supply chain management, operations, and continuous improvement. Ben is currently the Director of Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement at IVEK Corporation, where they provide strategic and tactical supply chain management and leadership for corporate continuous improvement efforts. Prior to their current role, Ben held various positions at Sonnax, including VP Supplier Quality & Development, VP Operations, VP Supply Chain Management, Director of Continuous Improvement, Engineering Manager, Operations Engineering Manager, and Project Engineer. During their time at Sonnax, Ben oversaw the development and performance of the global supply base, implemented structural changes to improve operational efficiency, and championed the implementation of quality tools and systems. Before joining Sonnax, Ben worked as a Project/Product Engineer at Union Tank Car Company - UTLX and Fronek Anchor/Darling Enterprises, Inc. Overall, Ben Wallace's work experience demonstrates their expertise in supply chain management, operations optimization, and continuous improvement.

Ben Wallace earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Ben later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Plymouth State University, completing their studies between 1999 and 2003. Beyond their formal education, Ben has obtained various certifications, including becoming a Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) from ASQ - World Headquarters in June 2021. Ben also holds a Lean Certification from SME, obtained in 2008, and is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Illinois, which they achieved in 1998.
