Anna Świętochowska

Anna Świętochowska, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience background. Anna is currently the Chief People Officer at Ivenium Marketing since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Manager at Mazowiecki Instytut Kultury from June 2018 to December 2023. Anna also served as a Public Relations Manager at Infinity Group from February 2021 to October 2022 and as a Human Resources Consultant at Sojourn Solutions from October 2020 to September 2022. Anna's previous roles include being the Director of the Cultural Department at the City Hall of Słupsk from June 2015 to April 2016 and working as a Music Composer from August 2003 to January 2015. Anna was also a Piano Teacher at Państwowa Szkoła Muzyczna w Bielsku Podlaskim, Fryderyk Chopin Music School Białystok from February 2002 to June 2014. Additionally, they served as the CEO of Podlaskie Art Centre Foundation from May 2005 to June 2008 and Fryderyk Chopin Music School from February 2002 to June 2008. Before their career in the arts and culture sector, Anna worked as a Team Manager at Auchan Polska Sp. z o.o. from May 2000 to April 2001.

Anna Świętochowska, Ph.D., began their education by completing a Master of Art degree in instrumental pedagogy, specializing in piano, from UMFC Warsaw, The Department of Instrumental and Educational Studies in Bialystok, from 1994 to 1999. Anna then pursued postgraduate studies in business management in the European market at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2001 to 2002. Continuing their academic journey, they completed doctoral studies in management at Kozminski University from 2007 to 2009. Finally, they obtained their Ph.D. from Jagiellonian University in the Faculty of Management and Social Communication from 2009 to 2015.
