Craig Boltman

Head of Customer Service at iVeri Payment Technologies (Pty) Ltd

Craig Boltman has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 1998. Craig started as a Network Engineer (Projects) at PQ Africa in 1998, then moved to Technical Support at Altonet in 2001. That same year, they took on the role of Technical Sale and Services at Phalanx Technologies. In 2003, they became a Project Manager at Proximity Security Solutions, followed by Network Engineer at Nashua Connect Cape Town in 2004. In 2006, they were appointed Chief Technology Officer and Networks & Infrastructure Manager at eCentric Switch. Most recently, they have been working at iVeri Payment Technologies (Pty) Ltd since 2017, where they are currently the Head of Customer Service and IT Operations Manager.

Craig Boltman's education history includes attending South Peninsula High School from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained their Matric. In 1999, they attended PQ Africa to receive certifications in Nortel Passport Maintenance and Nortel Passport Operations. In 2003, they attended Varsity College to receive an A+ certification. In 2005, they attended New Horisons to receive a CCNA certification. From 2005 to 2012, they attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, where they obtained a Bcom in Informatics. In 2010, they attended Stellenbosch University for Business Management.
