Agi Pace has extensive experience in the banking industry, having recently retired from a career in banking in May 2018. Currently serving as SVP Director of Development and Human Resources at Savings Bank of Danbury since April 2015, Agi manages a dedicated team that supports 175 employees and fosters a positive work environment as part of the executive team. Previously, Agi held the position of SVP for Corporate Education & Development at Union Savings Bank - CT from February 1999 to April 2015, where responsibilities included managing a team focused on strategic learning and development initiatives. Earlier roles included L&D Project Lead and Training Consultant at Webster Bank from 1997 to 1999, overseeing significant software projects, and L&D Manager and Policy & Procedures Specialist at Eagle Bank from 1990 to 1998. Agi holds a B.S. in Education and Art from Eastern Connecticut State University and has furthered education at Western Connecticut State University.
