Melissa Gunnis

Melissa Gunnis currently serves as the Associate Director of HBA Career Management Programming at Ivey Business School, where responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive career management programming for HBA students. Prior to this role, Melissa held positions as Manager and Career Advisor at Ivey, focusing on career strategy development and providing essential resources for student success. Previously, Melissa worked at Aerotek as an Account Manager, where client relations and customized recruiting strategies were emphasized, and as a Recruiter, contributing to the execution of effective recruiting strategies. Melissa holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications and Public Relations from Fanshawe College, and has pursued continuing studies in Leadership at Western University.
