Marni Allen

Marni Allen serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Northern Europe at IVI RMA GLOBAL, a leading provider of assisted fertility and reproductive medicine services, beginning in April 2025. Prior to this role, Marni led the marketing function at bioniq, focusing on demand generation and brand strategy for a personalized nutrition startup. Experience includes serving as Senior Director at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where Marni oversaw global innovation in health and wellbeing, and holding various senior marketing positions at Johnson & Johnson, including leadership roles in the EMEA region for brands such as ACUVUE and Johnson's Baby Care. Marni holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Duke University, an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, and a certificate in Disruptive Innovation from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
